By the end of this, you will know how to meditate completely on your own and have a daily meditation practice.
On each day, I will assign you homework! This is a real meditation course, it may be free, but it’s real and if you really want to learn this, you have to do the homework.
After this, you will have a daily meditation practice that you can do on your own, without any guiding necessary, without any mp3, so that you can meditate on your own, anytime, anywhere. Like a pro.
In this series, you will learn the basics of Simply Meditation, a meditation technique that is simple yet super powerful and that unlocks the love inside of you, which I believe is the main purpose of meditation anyway.
By the way, don’t forget to do the homework! Otherwise, the meditation wont have any lasting benefit on your life, at all and you will miss out on all the amazing physical and emotional benefits of meditating.
So without waiting any longer, let’s get started!
Do this meditation for at least 3 minutes today, at any time that is convenient for you. Maybe before dinner or just before going to sleep.
Also, do it again for at least 3 minutes tomorrow, maybe just after you wake up, or during your coffee break in the morning.
If you do this, you will get SO MUCH MORE out of tomorrow lesson.
